ABOUT US
Hi, I'm Brian Altman, President and CEO of Altman Brothers Air Conditioning. As you may have noted on our home page, our company represents the third generation of our family to provide quality service in the HVAC industry. My Grandfather O.D. Altman started the first company way back in 1964, establishing Altman Cooling Corporation in West Palm Beach, Florida. When my Uncle Bill ended his service in the military, he joined the company and learned the trade alongside his dad. My grandfather instilled in him an appreciation for hard work, honesty, and superior customer service. Most importantly, he didn't just teach him to work hard, but to work smart. In due course, with his guidance, my uncle developed the same skillset that my grandfather had perfected over the course of his career.

After my Grandfathers death, my uncle Bill continued to successfully run Altman Cooling Corporation for several years. Later on, he decided to buy another company called American Cooling, and operated that business for a number of years before finally selling it.  Shortly after that, my uncle found that he still had the desire to be in the business, and realized it was just clearly in his blood. So, he decided to bring that same blood into the fold, and in 1984 he and I formed Altman Air Conditioning Company. We had a productive and enriching 20 + years together in the business. My uncle taught me everything I needed to know about the HVAC industry and passed down his skills to me, just the same as my grandfather did for him so many years before. When my uncle finally retired in 2006, I formed Altman Brothers, LLC.

Altman Brothers Air Conditioning is a “One Stop Shop”. We perform all engineering “In-House”, providing our customers with full design service capabilities, from load and energy calculations to full scale integrated AutoCAD drawings(Computer Aided Drafting). In addition, we provide all HVAC services including full installation services, A/C repair, preventative maintenance, upgrades, change outs, sales and consultation, and full diagnostics.  I am personally involved in every facet of the business, and pledge to you my unwavering commitment to your total satisfaction. I am dedicated to carrying on the Altman family tradition for many years to come.
